1. General Terms

By using FranceDrivingTest.com, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms, along with all applicable laws and regulations.

This website is an independent educational platform.
We are not affiliated with any French government agency, including:

  • Sécurité Routière
  • Any regional transport authority
  • Any government exam board

Our practice tests are created solely for learning and exam preparation purposes.

2. 1-Day Free Trial Terms

• • Users may activate a 1-Day Free Trial that unlocks full access to all practice tests (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced).
  • Trial activation requires entering billing details through PayPal or available payment providers.
  • If the user does not cancel within 24 hours, the selected plan will auto-renew and be charged automatically.
  • Cancellation must be done through the user’s PayPal subscription page before the 24-hour period ends.
  • Users may cancel anytime during the trial.

3. Subscription Plans & Auto-Renewal

Available plans include:

• • Quick Plan – 7 Days
  • Smart Plan – 30 Days
  • Master Plan – 90 Days

Additional notes:

• • All plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • All payments are securely processed via PayPal.
  • FranceDrivingTest.com does not store, manage, or access your payment information.

4. Subscription Management, Refund & Cancellation Policy

All subscriptions and recurring payments are managed exclusively through PayPal.

Users must manage and cancel their subscriptions by logging into their PayPal account and stopping the active subscription under
PayPal Account → Settings → Payments → Automatic Payments.

Once a subscription is canceled in PayPal, no future charges will be made.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be considered in limited cases such as:

• • Duplicate charges
  • Erroneous or incorrect billing caused by a system error

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• • Failure to cancel before the end of a free trial period
  • Partial or full use of a subscription
  • Forgetting to cancel an active subscription
  • Dissatisfaction after accessing digital content
  • Renewals after prior successful billing cycles

Website Subscriptions (PayPal)

• • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through the user’s PayPal account
  • Cancellation prevents future billing only
  • Access remains available until the end of the current trial or paid billing period
  • Deleting a website account does not automatically cancel an active PayPal subscription

6. License of Use

Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to:

  • Use study materials
  • View flashcards and learning content

Users may NOT:

• • Copy, download, or redistribute content
  • Upload our materials to another website
  • Use content for commercial purposes
  • Share login access with others

Accounts violating these rules may be suspended or terminated without refund.

7. No Guarantee of Exam Outcomes

Our tests simulate real exam scenarios but:

  • They do not guarantee the same questions will appear on official French driving theory exams.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Account access problems

  • Data loss

Where local laws do not allow certain limitations, only the minimum legal liability applies.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France.
All disputes shall be resolved under French legal jurisdiction.

11. Account Termination

We may terminate accounts for:

• • Abuse or misuse of content
  • Fraudulent behavior
  • Chargebacks
  • Sharing login details

No refunds are issued for accounts banned due to misuse or policy violations.
